Sattar&Co. has been instructed by one of the largest corporations in Bangladesh to resolve a complex deadlock between its shareholders. The deadlock arose from a difference of opinion between the corporate shareholders leading to a buy-out of the foreign shareholders by the Bangladeshi shareholder. Our work includes, inter alia, reviewing and negotiating the Share Purchase Agreement and advising on the related laws of Bangladesh, including company law and insolvency laws.
