Sattar&Co. has been assigned by a UK based multinational retail company to advise on employment and narcotics laws of Bangladesh. The assignment involved, inter alia, assessing the governing labour laws and regulations in relation to termination on grounds of misconduct, liability of employees in managerial positions and permitted methods of investigating employee misconduct.
