Sattar&Co. advised a prominent non-profit organization on company restructuring matters. Our task involved advising the client on acquisition of shares through debt-for-equity swap mechanisms as well as drafting and vetting shareholder agreements. We also advised the client in forming a company where the client and its affiliated entities eventually came under the umbrella of the newly incorporated entity. In this regard, we assisted the client in reviewing the constitutional documents, i.e., the Memorandum and Articles of Association.
