Sattar&Co. advised a local telecom service provider on International Gateway (IGW) license matters. Our task involved advising the client on the requirements of preserving and providing financial and technical records to the Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission (BTRC) in relation to IGW services provided by the company. As part of the task, our team reviewed the license, the policy and laws in relation to the duties and obligations of companies to preserve and share financial and technical data with regulatory authorities.
