Sattar&Co. advised a renewable energy company on the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of a solar power plant having the approximate capacity of 625kWp on the basis of Build, Own, Operate (BOO)-basis for 20 years. The firm provided opinions on net metering facility (connecting the plant with a national grid) as well as on matters of commissioning the solar power plant, determining the terms and conditions in relation to exits. The project has been implemented by incorporating a local company, which Sattar&Co. also assisted in incorporating by reviewing the charter documents as well as drafting necessary shareholders’ agreement.
