Sattar&Co. advised a ready-made garment manufacturing company, on entering into a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with a power production and generation company in Bangladesh. The PPA dealt with a rooftop solar power plant having the approximate capacity of 575 kWp, to be run on Operation and Management (O&M) basis on the part of the power producer. The firm advised and reviewed the PPA and other related issues.
