Sattar&Co. had filed several complaint cases before the concerned Magistrate Court against dishonour of several cheques which are currently ongoing.
In another matter of the company, Sattar&Co. is assisting the company in an arbitration to pursue its claim regarding a non-payment of export proceeds before arbitral tribunal of Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA).
