Sattar&Co. has advised two local companies engaged in the RMG sector, in a company matter dispute. Our team perused the charter documents of the companies along with relevant company laws of Bangladesh with a view to provide our client with a comprehensive legal support. From the commencement of this dispute, we have assisted the companies in drafting various letters and also assisted the parties in reaching an amicable settlement with one another. The matter is still in negotiation stages, and as such, still pending.
