Sattar&Co. advised and assisted the client along with its other sister concerns in the formation of a joint venture company (JVC) pursuant to an award made by the Bangladesh Jute Mills Corporation (BJMC). As part of the tasks, our team, inter alia, took on the responsibility of the incorporation of the JVC and all the incidental tasks and matters thereto, including drafting the shareholders’ agreement as per the client’s needs. We also assisted the client in reviewing the BJMC Lease Agreement between the JVC and BJMC.
