Sattar&Co. advised an international mobile recharge-service company having its liaison office in Bangladesh relating to their operations and employment laws of Bangladesh. Our task involved advising on employment matters including transition of employees from contracting agencies to the company itself, and a review of the employment handbook in line with the employment laws in Bangladesh. The firm further advised on employment-contracts and reviewed the standard employment agreement.
