Sattar&Co. has advised a world-class RMG manufacturer in Bangladesh on the security laws of Bangladesh. Our task included providing a written explanation to a show-cause notice issued by Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). Our team successfully issued a written explanation to the show-cause notice after conducting a special audit, and as such, a special auditor was appointed by BSEC. The allegations raised on the part of BSEC were mainly regarding the misuse of funds of IPO-proceeds.
