Sattar&Co. has been instructed by a US law firm to advise on various issues in relation to the telecommunication and IT sector. The assignment involves, inter alia, vetting contract agreements between companies and advising on Bangladeshi laws relating to to mergers, trademarks, royalties and license agreements.
