Sattar&Co. advises a US garment company, a well known international apparel fashion brand on employment laws of Bangladesh

Sattar&Co. conducted a review of the employment handbook of a famous fashion brand in line with the employment laws in Bangladesh. This included conditions of service, all types of mandatory leave, ways of terminations, misconduct, disciplinary procedure, and grievance mechanism etc. The firm further advised on employment-contracts and reviewed the standard employment agreement.
