Sattar&Co. advises a Saudi-based terminal operator company that has been confirmed as the operator of the Patenga container terminal by way of a concession agreement with the Chattogram Port Authority. This development marks a milestone for Bangladesh, as it is the first time that a foreign company will be engaged to operate a port in Bangladesh. In relation to this, Sattar&Co. has been advising and assisting the client on matters pertaining to obtaining requisite licenses, registration and approvals to operate the terminals as well to meet the various Conditions Precedent as mentioned in the concession agreement.
