Sattar&Co. advised a local garment company on laws concerning anti-viral mask production in Bangladesh. Our task involved advising on the issue of import and production of certain chemical and chemical fabrics, medical devices, and drugs, and the requirements of incorporating information on the packaging of products abiding by the standard related laws and guidelines, and adhering to the government directives and the guidelines issued by the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) during the COVID-19 pandemic.
