Sattar&Co. has been instructed by a Bangladeshi company to advise and represent it in relation to its management agreement with Intercontinental Hotel. The assignment involves, inter alia, vetting and negotiating the management agreement and advising on the various laws of Bangladesh, including company, environment, joint venture, and royalties etc.
