Sattar&Co. advises a Foreign Embassy in Bangladesh on employment law issues

Sattar&Co. has been assigned by an Embassy in Bangladesh to advise on employment laws of Bangladesh. The assignment involved, inter alia, assessing labour laws and rules in relation to contemporary labour issues of Bangladesh which required Sattar&Co. to undertake a thorough examination of the labour laws and rules. The work also includes assessing the diplomatic immunities that are available in Bangladesh against employment claims.
